Positions across the ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµreflect a wide range of compensation levels, reflecting not only the job’s duties and requirements, but also individual employee attributes such as credentials, job performance and time-in-service.
Funding Sources
Investment in talent is a high priority, but we also are committed to managing our resources effectively. We leverage non-state sources such as federal, private and other funds when possible. Nearly 40% of the University’s payroll is funded from non-state sources.
