Jaclyn is Associate General Counsel for the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵof Nebraska. Jaclyn provides general legal services to the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵwith an emphasis on public records; eDiscovery; litigation; and FERPA and HIPAA compliance. She is a graduate of the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵof Nebraska College of Law.
Prior to joining the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵof Nebraska, Jaclyn worked in private practice focusing on complex civil litigation and as a law clerk to a federal magistrate judge.
