D. Ashley Robinson is Associate General Counsel-Core Compliance for the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵof Nebraska. Ashley’s responsibilities include providing advice on a broad range of legal topics such as regulatory compliance; research ethics, compliance, and misconduct; ethics and conflicts of interest; civil rights laws such as those related to race, sex (including Title IX), disabilities and accommodations; Clery Act; student and employment matters, compliance reviews and investigations conducted by federal agencies such as the Office for Civil Rights; policies; and other ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵmatters. Ashley also provides advice related to relevant compliance initiatives, investigations, and programs. Ashley is a graduate of the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵof Notre Dame and the Creighton ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵSchool of Law. Prior to joining the General Counsel’s Office in 2014, Ashley was in private practice, representing both private and public sector employers in employment and education law matters.
